Sun’s own virtalmachine, Virtualbox has become a little older and matured! Its turned to version 3.0 now! It is available for Windows,Linux,Intel Macs and Sun Solaris.
\nSince 2.24 virtualbox supports OpenGL 2.0. A lot of improvements have been made in this release. A lot of bugfixes have been made as well. Here’s a list of a few of the improvements and new features.<\/p>\n

Added DirectX9 support for playing games.
\nSupport for Linux kernel 2.6.31
\n\u00b7 Support for Guest Additions in Novell SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 11
\n\u00b7 Fixed CentOS 64-bit support
\n\u00b7 Better performance for PAE guests on Linux kernel 2.6.29 or higher
\n\u00b7 Better network I\/O
\n\u00b7 Revamped settings dialog;
\n\u00b7 Added a minimalistic toolbar for seamless and fullscreen modes
\n\u00b7 Ability to create or remove more than one host-only network adapter
\n\u00b7 Lots of fixes for 3D support
\n\u00b7 Windows 7 Remote Desktop Protocol client support
\n\u00b7 Fixed TX checksum offloading for Linux kernel 2.16.8 or higher
\n\u00b7 Time synchronization handler provided by the new vboxadd-service module;
\n\u00b7 Added guest properties, which offers information about logged in users, operating system or network
\n\u00b7 Added USB high-speed isochronous endpoints support, with read-ahead buffering for input endpoints;
