Worried about Tweetdeck without Adobe AIR? Here’s a solution.

If you were an avid Tweetdeck user in Linux and you are worried about its future as Adobe pulled the plug on AIR development for Linux, dont be worried! You have two solutions at hand.

1. Use AIR using wine. 
Adobe AIR has been reported to run on wine  and so you can install Tweetdeck without much hassle.

2. Use Tweetdeck for Chrome. 

As Google readies Chrome OS for the masses almost all leading applications are dishing out a Chrome compatible app. Tweetdeck is one of them. Just headover to the chrome app store or click on this link here to download and install it in Google Chrome or Chromium. Works perfectly fine.
